1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. [3.1015] CONDITIONS FOR PER DIEM PAYMENT.
1.6Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a member of the legislature may not
1.7receive per diem payments, other than reimbursement for documented living and other
1.8expenses, when the legislature is not meeting in a regular or a special session.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment
